Before you can setup your FTP client, you need to enable SFTP via your Indystack dashboard. This is a per site setting.

Connect via Filezilla

1. Open FileZilla - go to the Site Manager option in the top left corner of the app 
   
2. Next click the "New Site" button, then give your site a name.
3. Change the Protocol of the connection from FTP to SFTP (Important)
   
4. Complete the setup by filling in the Host, Port, User and Password details that you get from your Indystack app in the SFTP & SSH Access area. This menu is found after clicking Manage under your site after logging into your Indystack account.
   
5. Click Connect and you will be prompted to accept the host key. Click the Always trust this host option so you won't have to accept this key on future connections.
   
6. Now you'll be connected and can access your files for your Indystack site.

Connect via Cyberduck

1. Open Cyberduck. Click the Open Connection button in the top left of the app.
   
2. Switch the Protocol to SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
   
3. Complete the setup by filling in the Host, Port, Username and Password details that you get from your Indystack app in the SFTP & SSH Access area. This menu is found after clicking Manage under your site after logging into your Indystack account.
   
   
4. Accept the Unknown fingerprint prompt by clicking Allow
   
5. Now you'll be connected and can access your files for your Indystack site.
