We've all been there, an automated payment comes around and it gets missed. It's OK, it happens to the best of us. Maybe the credit card wasn't topped up in time, credit limits were reached or your billing details changed but you forgot to update your details with Indystack.

Whatever the reason, once it is resolved you'll have to go and pay the outstanding invoice.

  1. Login to your Indystack account and click the "View Profile" link in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. In your profile click on the "Invoices" option at the top of the screen, then click the "View details" button on the outstanding invoice.
  3. Once the details load, complete the payment details and then click the Pay button at the bottom of the screen.

That's it! Your payment will be processed and once completed your invoice will be updated and next time you view it it will show download options if your require a copy of the invoice.
